When mixing prints the most important thing to keep in mind is scale. First of all; the size of the print for your body type. Those who are petite should avoid large patterns, as it becomes overwhelming and looks out of porportion. On the other hand - plus sizes should avoid smaller prints, as it can appear very busy and unflattering.
