Nothing better than hanging out in the sunshine by the water. I miss being able to walk down to the ocean bay downtown Vancouver, however, any water is good for me - natural or man made! One of the classic Spring/Summer styles is Nautical. This particular look is a modern version of that style. This navy blue silk shirt dress is comfortable and great to layer or wear as a dress on hot summer days. I paired it with these white linen and navy striped peep toe wedges, which are comfortable and lightweight perfect for spring/summer. I added the belt to help cinch in the waist of the shirt dress, creating a more flattering silhouette. The silk Burberry scarf is a classic. The silk is lightweight and does not wrinkle, so it is great for travel or throwing in your bag when not in use. Square scarves are great, as they can be worn in several different ways.

Taormina is definitely a highlight of my Sicily trip. My entire experience in this small Island town was serene. Beautiful weather and relaxing. The train runs along the East Coast into the quaint old station surrounded by lush trees and sea shore views. After spending the past few years in the U.K., I have become a tea addict.  I drink approximately 2 cups of tea per day in the summer months, and 3-5 in the winter.
