Wanderlust Fashion Show

We had a lovely evening at Wanderlust Fashion Show + Charity Fundraiser at North Cariboo Air in Calgary. The show was in support of Operation Smile, an international Children’s medical charity. 
There was a great mix of spring/summer looks walking down the runway. Designers featured included: Beth Richards, Nuage 9, Malika Couture, Baiza Jamal, Marina Ortman (Dome of Montreal) and Mackenzie Jones. 



Vancouver based designer, Beth Richards started off the show with her sleek, 
modern swimwear collection. We loved the clean lines and flattering cuts of the one piece suits, that could also be worn as bodysuits. www.bethrichards.com

Glamourous evening bags by Nuage 9, added some sparkle to the runway. 
                         

Malika Couture mixed it up with her edgy leather pieces, and vibrant 
spring prints flowing down the runway. www.malikacouture.com


                    



Malaysian Designer, Baiza Jamal, made her Canadian debut
 showcasing her colourful signature collention. 




  Mackenzie Jones closed the show with her whimsical presentation.

Taormina is definitely a highlight of my Sicily trip. My entire experience in this small Island town was serene. Beautiful weather and relaxing. The train runs along the East Coast into the quaint old station surrounded by lush trees and sea shore views. After spending the past few years in the U.K., I have become a tea addict.  I drink approximately 2 cups of tea per day in the summer months, and 3-5 in the winter.
